This 1950s heavy hand knit wool sweater has a metal Talon zipper and long sleeves. Rounded collar and fits to the hip . In excellent vintage condition with no staining or holes in the fabric. Metal zip works beautifully. Two front patch pockets. The pattern is in primary colors and has a man with his burrow, a sombrero and pottery on the body. The long sleeves have beautiful green cactus with red flowers. Total length measures approximately 27 1/2 inches. Pit pit measures approximately 20. I inherited from my mother (born in 1920) many lovely custom handmade pieces of silk lingerie. They were made in Italy in the 1940’s and have beautiful detailed embroidery. Seams and hems are hand sewn.
I am unsure of exact size. Waist is 26in. Waist to bottom of leg is 36.5in crotch to bottom of leg is 27.5 in. Leg width at bottom is 10in across.
