The details are insane , gorgeous lace at the fop, ribbon border sleeve, the ribbon detail at the waist. I assume this is a cotton poly blend because it is insanely soft! There is a slip underneath as well as petticoat netting. Bust (pit to pit): 15 inches Length: 48 inches Waist: 13 inches (tie back can cinch it in smaller) Perfect condition! Probably worn once or not at all!
