VTG 1940s Navy Sheath Dress W/ White Crochet Trim & Keyhole Neckline. Dress is navy blue w/ a white crochet collar & insert at the inner keyhole neckline. It feels like it is made of rayon. There are a couple of teeth missing at the top of the zipper, but it still seems to zip up & down just fine.
