It is from the 80s or 90s. The dress is made from a woven cotton floral fabric. The lace was stained, so I modified it.
The main body of this dress is 100% cotton, as I own this exact fabric in several other dress cuts and styles. The crinoline layer is synthetic. It could very well also be an 11/12, but it would fall on the smaller end of that size.
