Beautiful genuine leather 80’s 90’s oversized jacket with shoulder pads! Women’s size medium. Polyester lined. The detail on the neckline and darting is fantastic and gives a punk/grunge feel. PLEASE SEE PICTURES!! There are two missing buttons-one on the very top neckline. One on the left sleeve(the first button on that sleeve is still intact so the sleeve still closes, just isn’t adjustable.) The very bottom button on the front is chipped. Courreges is not really a vintage label per se, Andre and Coqueline designed from 1961 to 2011 without a pause. And while their mid-60’s work represents the house in the most enduring ways, they also moved through the 70s and 80s without constantly regurgitating their previous work. A 1980’s panelled lamb leather and suede jacket in pale grey, red and black that is oh so very French. Asymmetrical placket that fastens with button and loop closures, there is a belt that widens to a peak in back. The red and black are the leather – the grey, suede. Lined in black synthetic satin, we would do this as a suit jacket with either very tight, cropped pants or a long, similarly tight skirt. Bust up to 38″, shoulder to shoulder 16″, outer sleeve 24″ and length 24.5″. Excellent condition. If there are any questions, please do not hesitate to ask. I am always happy to help.

There are 5 original belt holes and two more that appear tohave been pierced.The writing on the back is faded making it difficult toread the size.
This vintage Versace coat is in overall good shape with signs of visible wear consistent with age and use. As shown in the photos, the two buttons around the collar are missing. There are also parts of the suede and leather that have worn out with age, especially in the hems, and a small yellow stain on the side. However, these signs of wear do not detract from the overall appearance of the coat when worn. Also, please note that the coat is quite heavy in weight due to the material.
