Adorable novelty print skater skirt featuring Victorian skaters. It has pockets and a back zipper with a cute pointed waistline. Super great skirt from my own collection. Letting it go as I’m needing to clean out my closet. Size 28 waist, nice full skirt with plenty of hip space, up to about 25 inches to keep the pleating nice. Could go farther but might sit a little oddly. Length is 30 inches. Just needs a good ironing and it will be beautiful!
