Hang to drip dry Do not Wring. Ironing not necessary but if desired use warm not hot Iron while Fabric is still damp. Do not use chlorine bleach on colors. Condition is Good, no stains or odor BUT elastic was probably stretched a little too much at some point, still very wearable. Waist lying flat measures 12″-16″ and waist to beautiful lace hem is 24″.
