Metallic Double Breasted Brown Peplum Jacket Waistcoat Beautiful brown metallic waistcoat peplum jacket is double breasted and has bubble peplum. This creates the hourglass look, and is so typical of the 1980’s and 90’s fashion. I believe this is vintage, but do not know for sure when it was made. It has glittery bling logo D-FeMIL Fashion on the back bodice across the shoulder blade area. Could be some kind of a uniform, but I have no idea. Inside label says VanDanaLabeled L, but runs very small and fits my size 6 mannequin who measures 32-24-34. I do not think this would fit larger than 34 inches around at the bust.
