This piece features a classic light blue pinstripe fabric complemented by crisp white accents on the Peter Pan collar, short sleeve cuffs, and a distinctive front panel. There are numerous brown spots all around the lower portion as shown. There is also large portion of the bottom seam that has some undone. Notable brown spot on sleeve. The sash/belt has what look like button holes, but no buttons are visible.
