Lined with a gray acetate type fabric. Certainly unisex. Elasticized stitching at the sides of the waist. Label size 38. Please note measurements: Chest is 38 inches (armpit to armpit) Bottom edge is 40 inches. Shoulder seam to seam is 17 inches.Sleeve is 23-1/2 inches long.Length is 25 inches. Zipper closure. 2 pockets in front. Some minor wear and dirt evident in the photos. Great overall vintage condition. Mannequin measurements are: 34 / 24-1/4 / 35 inches
