This is an absolutely stunning, sleek and sexy, shimmery, long green dress w/ side slit & side lace up. Only worn for photo shoots. Not sure of size but it can be for a small to medium sized woman. The material is a type of stretchy spandex polyester and it has adjustable side lacing. The measurements LAID FLAT are: chest 15″, waist 12″, hip area 15″, length from top of shoulder is 54″, the lacing starts under the arm and measures 16″, the slit measures 30″. The model in the picture is 5′ 6″ and about 130 lbs.
