A rare 1930s « Victorian Revival » gown looking for a second life! Sold as a RESTORATION PROJECT. Fabric: Rayon Faille (Ribbed texture, semi-sheen). Condition: Poor / As-Is Needs major TLC or a dye bath!
One of the most beautiful pieces I’ve ever seen, and even better in real life! Dramatic gown has ruching at the bodice, a tie back waist, and burgundy velvet bows on the sweeping floor length skirt.
Likely made of Raw Silk (Silk Noil) with a distinct nubby texture. The exterior shell is sturdy and clean with no holes or stains. The interior lining shows wear: there are visible makeup/soil marks around the inner neckline and a small rip/separation in the lining fabric near the side seam (see photos).
Beads make an angled « river bed » design. Cowl neckline with cowl draping at the back as well. Wide scoop neck. Fitted silhouette. Lined in polyester. Dress has a bit of weight to it – very high quality.
•Size is just an approximation!
Authentic 1970s hand-tailored blazer featuring a vibrant salmon pink, orange, and white plaid pattern. Crafted from mid-weight, durable double-knit polyester, this jacket captures the iconic structured silhouette of the era with wide lapels and a classic two-button front closure.
It is incredibly soft and I’m leaning towards faux. Lined in a quilted yellow acetate, and has a nylon zipper closure at the back. •Size is just an approximation!
This is single stitch with a single front button. Orange interior lining. Two outside front pockets. No stains or holes.
Perfect for fans of avant-garde, minimalist, or retro-futurist aesthetics.
The waist as sleeve cuffs are elastic.
Is it a dress?. Is it a sofa?. It’s the best of both worlds. Channel your inner 60s maximalist with this incredible heavyweight tapestry sheath dress. Made from a thick, woven « carpet bag » style fabric (likely a wool blend) in rich greens and reds.
