Vintage 30s nra label velour velvety jacket / coat – national recovery administration. The lining is falling apart – mainly near the neck and shoulder area, I believe the lining is silk! Will need replaced or removed. Otherwise the jacket is structurally in great condition for its age. Has a faint smell but not mold or smoke, please see the last 9 photos for flaws.
