This is a beautiful vintage handmade cotton slip. The sewing is excellent. The waist has new elastic. I left a small opening in the casing so it can be adjusted. Right now with no adjustment it is a 28 inch waist and will adjust to 38 inches and even 40 inches. Waist to hem is 34 inches long. The hips are full 46 inches.
