No size tag however the measurements are 22” from pit to pit. 16” across the elastic and 46” long from shoulder to hem. Has shoulder pads. Loose threads & discoloration on lace The inside of the dress has a mesh like piece at the top. Would still need a slip. The seam underneath the buttons has come apart so that little piece tries to sneak between the buttons. Please see zoomed in photos with the orange highlighter.
