This is a vintage size Large. By researching tags it has been confirmed this set was manufactured in the 1960’s here in the USA. A peignoir is a loose, lightweight dressing gown or negligee for women, often made of sheer, translucent fabric like chiffon which became common during this time period. Known for elegance these were worn in the boudoir. This particular set has beautiful cream lace adorning it. It is absolutely stunning. These are in good vintage condition. 1940s peach pinklace slip dress with cream ecru lace trim , falls beautifully and it’s so silky. No tag but material is a mix of rayon and silk but feels more like rayon, it’s been freshly washed but there is still a small stain as shown. I believe that if it was soaked for a couple more hours it can come off. However this item does have a couple of flaws such as some small snags and tiny pinholes but they are barely noticeable when worn. Reach out for any questions!
