Satiny 1980’s party dress; 3/4 sleeves and coordinating belt. And yes, shoulder pads though they could be easily removed. Long rear zipper. Hem is asymmetrical and measures 46” from top of shoulder to longest part of hem. One owner; worn once. Tiny mark on front of belt as shown in 5th photo, otherwise beautiful condition.
