Cardigan zip up sweater.
This is a cool vintage skirt from the 80’s. It says size 8 but is closer to a petite 4. It was sized in the 80’s so it’s not up to date with current measurements apparently. It can also be altered to fit different size/shape people. There are no pockets. Because it was such a tight fit, I originally thought it was a top/blouse/tunic/cape/etc. Then the more I looked at it, the more I thought it could be used as a top as well, with or without altering it. No damage or stains.
