Cap sleeves has 7 layers of lace across them. Front yoke is made up of eyelet fabric. The nightgown is made of cotton material and has a shoulder to hem length of 37″ long. There is a small mark on the back shoulder that is barely noticeable.

This pink slip was manufactured in the 1950’s or 1960’s and is made of nylon. Taffeta has been added to the bottom so that it could be used for a longer dress. The extension is 9.5 inches in length. From the shoulder to the hem is 53 inches. The bust is 38 inches, the waist is 28 inches and the hips are 38 inches. There are a few very tiny spots on the original nightgown. There is a larger stain on the lower extension in front at bottom. See photos.

When I stretch it out, the waist is 14.” A friend’s mother made it for my friend to wear at Halloween. She wore not with a crisp white blouse – it was really cute.
