1980s Icy Blue Prom Dress ✨💎☁️ Pretty as can be antebellum inspired formal satin prom dress. This piece is SO 80s. It is a bright blue color with a large bow and ruffled skirt. The bottom of the skirt has lace layers. It has a bisque waistline. The backside has a large cutout with a bow at the top of the neckline and backside rump.
