Vintage 1940s Dark Blue Rayon Dress with Plaid Trim (B-35″ W-25.5″ H-38″) WWII
Vintage 1940s dark blue rayon dress with trim on the collar and cuffs. MEASUREMENTS (approximate): Bust – 35″ Waist – 25 1/2″ ** Hips – 38″ Length – 45 1/2″ **the mannequin waist is 26″ and it is very tight The dress buttons up the back and has an attached tie belt at the waist. Tiny pockets at the waist. Decent, wearable condition. It does have flaws. There is a white smudge by the collar. The trim on one cuff has a tear, repair, and two brown spots. Some light discoloration on the armpits (the inside is more worn than the outside). See photos for condition. A note on vintage clothing: I am not the original owner of these items, therefore I cannot guarantee their history. I am a non-smoker myself, but can’t say the garment has never been around cigarette smoke or moth balls. While I would never list an item I find to have an offensive odor, I cannot ensure buyers (especially those very sensitive to odors) will feel the same as smell is subjective. I DO COMBINE SHIPPING!
