With an elastic waist allowing for lots of stretch to fit a multitude of sizes, a three panel design on cotton drapery/tapestry like fabric consisting of ivory colored lace, an insane toile de jouy print, and solid magenta this one is sure to stun. Lined with a light white fabric to about halfway down. Only flaw to note is a few little rust colored dots on the front bottom of skirt.
