SIZING The nightgown is tagged a size Large, but vintage sizes tend to run smaller than modern sizes. This may be better suited to a size Medium unless you want the bodice to be very form-fitting. The actual measurements are as follows: Bust: 18-19 inches across, underarm to underarm (36-38 inches around) Natural Waist: 16-17 inches across (32-34 inches around) Drop Waist: 17.5-18.5 inches across (35-37 inches around) Hips: Full and roomy (31+ inches across) Length: 57 inches from the shoulder to the hem Note: These are the actual measurements of the garment, so please leave yourself room for comfort of movement. All measurements were taken with the item laying flat. The flat measurements were doubled to give an approximate measurement around. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION This is a sexy vintage nightgown from the 1970s that was made by Jenelle of California. The outer layer of the bodice is made out of black floral lace, and the bodice is lined in sheer light pink chiffon, creating a lace illusion look. The nightgown has a drop waist, and the skirt has a full cut with a wide sweep at the hem. The nightgown is sleeveless with spaghetti straps. There are little loops on the side seams at the natural waistline so you can wear a ribbon belt with the nightgown if you want. The nightgown closes with buttons on the chest.
