I describe this as good condition but truly it could fall into the excellent condition. This 70s blouse has a beautiful paisley pattern of oranges greens browns. Great for fall. As for the sheerness of the top it is almost a more semi-sheer. Measurements shown in sizing tag is the but it is illegible. Sizing is off of measurements
