Vintage cobalt royal blue double breasted blazer silk dress sz 6 unbranded. This absolutely GORGEOUS piece is made of 100% silk in a style that alludes 80s/90s vintage with gold tone buttons to flaunt. Its form fitting, flattering and has a notch lapel. The brand tag is gone, but image search suggests this may have been a Joseph Ribkoff piece or an Escada piece. Interior has some iridescent contrasting at the top liner and collar, likely due to age of the garment, but completely invisible when being worn.
Pit to pit is 23” so may fit better as a large.

I’m guessing it is probably from the turn of the 20th century to may be 1920?. It is sewn together with what I believe is the chain stitch used in the beginning of the sewing machine. The outer shell is made of a crepe material, which originally made with silk.
