It is missing some bugle beads in numerous spots but that is not hard to fix. Or you can just leave it as it’s not really noticeable. This is vintage so it runs on the smaller side the bust measures 40-41” at most same for the waist . Of course if you don’t hook it closed that’s not a problem. It also has large shoulder pads as was the style then . Still is a statement making piece. Sleeve length is 24” and wrist measures 9”.

It buttons and hooks and laces! There is a small tail in the back. The sleeves have beads and bows. The ruffle in the front is awesome! The ribbon ties into a bow. There are straps at the waist that I am confused about. They have hooks on the ends. It is probably to hook your top to your skirt to keep it from crawling up. All hand stitched.

There is an extremely faint spot on the front above the ruffled hem, but it is super hard to make out in photos – I’ll try again later today. Also, I believe shoestring straps were removed previously, and straps may need to be added depending on how the chest fits. (There are no “grippies” or boning at the chest to assist it in staying up.) Last “issue” is that the purple lining under the lace is discolored blue towards the top, but none of that is visible.
