I am not an expert but judging by the style and made in USA label I’m estimating this piece was made in the 80s, making it approximately 40 years old!! Deep navy blue polyester fabric with allover flower print. Fabric covered button front with elastic waistband. It should have a belt but it is missing, I’ve shown it with a wide waist belt as an example, the red belt is NOT included.
