I listed it in good condition, because the structure of the skirt itself, and the zipper and hooks are all great, but there are a few stains on the ruffle part of the skirt. I did not try to remove the stains, and they are most likely very old stains from the way they look.

There is a tiny spot inside the left front pleat and a small tear in the lace to the left of the back buttons. Pit to Waist: 8.5in. There are also dirt marks on the inside of the train from dragging on the ground which are worst on the right side, but they are not visible unless the hem is flipped over.
