The rest of the dress is flowy, so can accommodate more curves, waist 32”, and hips over 40”. From the v of the neckline to the hem is 51”. The product is a rare vintage size 7 « This Is Yours » San Francisco Flower Child skirt from the 1960s. This original piece is a colorful cotton blend skirt with a prairie style and a hippy look, perfect for casual occasions. Made in the United States, this vintage skirt captures the essence of the flower child era with its unique design and brand.
The neckline is square with a shelf bust insert. There is a nylon zipper down the back. The fabric feels like a soft cotton or cotton blend knit. CONDITION – GOOD – The shelf bust insert feels a little loose around the top.
Shoulder to shoulder is 14” flat lay. Shoulder to hem is 59”.
Rare dusty blush rose pink with cream and blue accents. Gorgeous color palette. Tag size 5. The shoulder straps have been taken up 1-2” can easily be snipped and released to original length strap. Floor length buttoned dress with a front slit in beautiful condition with matching elastic waist short shorts/ hot pants. There is the occasional loose thread (to be expected at this age), but nothing that threatens the integrity of the dress or shorts. I would say this is equal to a small or maybe even XS today. Please see the item specifics and photos for measurements (the tape measure for the hips was a little crooked so please take that into account). The tags says size 9, but the sizing was different in the ‘70s than it is today. This fabric does not stretch. Please compare to a similar item that fits you well, there are no returns for this item.
