This is a beautiful vintage handmade cotton slip. The sewing is excellent. The waist has new elastic. I left a small opening in the casing so it can be adjusted. Right now with no adjustment it is a 28 inch waist and will adjust to 38 inches and even 40 inches. Waist to hem is 34 inches long. The hips are full 46 inches. The slip will adjust from a small to a large, it is made that way. Beautiful eyelet ruffles. Please see all pictures and feel free to ask questions. Thanks for looking ! I made this skirt from vintage 1970s cotton/polyester fabric. I love vintage clothing but find it difficult to find in larger sizes. Skirt is lined with white cotton fabric. Elastic waist band is 1 1/2 » thick. Measurements are taken with garment lying flat; Waist 18″-stretched 21″, Hip 31″, Length 34″. Skirt is semi sheer (pic11). Picture 12 is the cotton lining. Pic 7- there is on seam, pattern does not match. No holed or stains. Perfect condition. Dress form 39-32-40″
