Pale blue satin lining with sheer pale-blue tulle overlayer, embellished with layers of sheer pale blue fabric shaped into flowers around the neckline, shoulders, and back, and a fluffy rear peplum.
The light baby blue fabric has a beautiful, crisp drape that pairs perfectly with high-waisted trousers or a pencil skirt for a classic Victorian-revival look. The blouse is in Excellent Used Condition (EUC) with the fabric and ruffles maintaining their original shape and color.

It has covered buttons, cuffs with cufflink buttons, and is pleated at the waist. It has a deep 3″ hem so could be lengthened if desired. It is marked a size 6 – I estimate it to be an XS-S and is in perfect unworn condition.
