Up for sale is a vintage wool-body, leather-sleeve varsity/letterman jacket, size 4XL, sold directly from the personal collection of Eric Bateman, offensive lineman for the BYU Cougars football team from 1995–1998. Eric was a starting offensive lineman on BYU’s 1996 team, which finished 14–1 and capped its historic season with a 19–15 win over Kansas State in the January 1, 1997 Cotton Bowl Classic — one of the most celebrated seasons in program history under head coach LaVell Edwards. This jacket was issued to members of that Cotton Bowl-winning team.
