Glazed cotton lining. SIZE: Small Waist: 26” Hips: approximately 36” Length: approximately 40” CONDITION: Overall the skirt is in fabulous vintage condition. Upon close inspection the fabric just under the waistband has some weakness in areas with some shredding – see last photo. There is no closure on the waistband.
