This is an incredible genuine Victorian/1920s blouse. Made of a delicate gauzy cotton with fine detail. Very wearable and in excellent condition for its age. Measured approx 20″ armpit to armpit, 19″ from the shoulder down the front, 17 2/3″ across the back shoulder seams, 21″ sleeve.
This piece is a beautiful antique cotton dress with impressive lace. Since it is an antique item of clothing, it does have flaws that are pictured above. The front of the skirt also has a yellowish/brownish discolorations in a few areas and a few small holes.
Victorian Hand Crocheted Shirt-Waist Sz. The hand work on this is amazing. It has a high collar and long tight fitting sleeves. The top is purposely longer in the front than the back. It has 3 small thread covered buttons on the collar and the rest uses hooks & eyes to fasten it.
