The synthetic fabric is amazing–it has the scroop-sound of taffeta, and the sheen of satin, but it’s light and cool enough to ripple in a gentle breeze. The puff sleeves can be worn both on and off the shoulder, and the empire cut is so smooth, so flattering–see, now I find myself sighing again.
