There is a slip underneath as well as petticoat netting. Bust (pit to pit): 15 inches Length: 48 inches Waist: 13 inches (tie back can cinch it in smaller) Perfect condition! Probably worn once or not at all!
For a 5’6″ woman the hem reaches just above the ankle. Very good pre owned condition. Great under any formal full gown.
