Vintage Dress Navy Blue Primary Color Stripes Belted Boat Neck. This is a classic 1980s dress. It is made by Willow Ridge and is a size 10. It does have an adjustable belt. It has a slit in the back for easier walking and sitting. With the pattern and the colors, I can just imagine a kindergarten teacher wearing this to school on the first day.
