1955 varsity letter sweater made by Sportclad, JC Penney. Size 40, this maroon sweater belonged to Mildred who lettered in band & pep club. This sweater was found in St. Edward’s, Nebraska & from St. Edward’s High School. This sweater has some moth holes on the front left side & a few on back (see photos). A few snags & some pills on the arms which can be repaired, but actually in pretty good shape for over 70 years old. Great display piece Measurements are in the photos.

Partially lined but the lining has a chunk missing. See photo. There is no care tag but based on touch and era of skirt, I am assuming this is 100% wool. It is a medium weight. As is lot of vintage 1940s-1960s wool skirts. Some are pleated, a couple pencil skirts. The black on the bottom right is 1940s The white skirt has a 28″ waist, everything else is 24/26 The purple and light blue have some color fade. Light blue comes with a matching jacket, purple comes with a matching belt. All could use a trip to the cleaner to be pressed.
