(See picture # 7) I don’t know if the garment is handmade or just hand sewn to alter it. There is no interior tagging, but there is a rectangular area where a tag might have been. It might have been one of those tags that seamstresses sew into their own homemade garments. Marks at front; see last picture… They seem to blend in due to the bright print of the garment.
