Great Condition, it appears that the bottom button is missing above the back vent. Cleaned with Dryel. I believe this is more Velveteen than Velvet, it is Cotton with belt looks, a side Talon Metal Zipper and a top button. Brand is by petti. Vintage 60’s and tagged a Juniors 13 but fits like a XS/S.
