VTG 60s 70s Lorrie Deb Dress Yellow Swiss Dot Ruffles Layers Union Made FLAWS. This is a beautiful true vintage ball gown. It has three total layers. One side of the under-layer’s side seem has come apart. There is approx. 2” area of the waist band at the side seam the stitching has come apart. Lastly the outer chiffon seam is coming apart below the zipper. All of these are easily repairable with a straight seam. It shouldn’t need a professional over hall. (Please see pictures 6-9) There is some soiling of the under layer at the hem and skirt (can’t be seen wearing). Please see pictures for complete description and condition.
