This dress top has a sheer black lace fabric with ribbon and sequins, also has boning- skirting is a sheer black lace over a black colored fabric and a crinoline slip for fullness. Has a V neckline, cap sleeves ,and Zips up the back . Fabric is NOT stretchy – No Label – measures 42″ long in front 49″ long in back , 34″ bust , 24″ waist , full in the hips .
