this dress is incredible Vintage union made dress made by International Ladies Garment Workers Union I dated the tag to the 1970s this dress is about 56 or so years old it's in immaculate condition no holes or pulls in lace or dress this is called the caplet dress it's sleeveless with a cover for shoulders and arms. I'm guessing it's a blend of lace with silk/polyester, I'm unsure. this dress would be great for formal or entertaining it's be a perfect addition to any collection:)
