Each white cotton puff is about 1/2" across and, although the white is lovely, you could also dye these to suit your whim if you get in the mood for a color change. These puffs were made in Japan many decades ago and are in very good condition, ready for your hand-made blossoms, hat, wedding or hair. Most of the millinery flowers, leaves, stamens and other millinery items I offer have come to me from the estates of several talented milliners, and are in fabulous condition.
