90’s gray speckled mini skirt + jacket set by Breakin Loose Black and gray speckled tweed-esque polyester. Fun details on the jacket - a double layered collar & small vents on the front hem for a flattering fit. High rise mini skirt with zipper back. Jacket has shoulder pads.
