I have come to the conclusion that this is an academy Cadet uniform. There are navy buttons on the Epaulets and army buttons on the chest. Womens cut. Some wear in the liner. The length is 21 inches long, the pit to pit width is 15 inches wide, the shoulder to shoulder is 12 inches wide, and the length of the sleeves from the shoulder to the end is 20 inches long. Vintage Scala Black And Gold Beaded Event Jacket Sz L pre-Owned. Stunning gold braid on black chiffon with black bugle beads. This top is in relatively good shape. It is missing some bugle beads in numerous spots but that is not hard to fix. Or you can just leave it as it’s not really noticeable. This is vintage so it runs on the smaller side the bust measures 40-41” at most same for the waist . Of course if you don’t hook it closed that’s not a problem. It also has large shoulder pads as was the style then . Still is a statement making piece. Sleeve length is 24” and wrist measures 9”.

Be sure to check measurements because VTG runs smaller. Pit to pit 19” approximately. From shoulder to waist is approximately 17.5”. From shoulder to hem is approximately 22”. Belt approximately 30” at the last eyelet. It looks like leather but doesn’t say it is leather.
