One stain appears to be a mark from a sales sticker at one point (see photos) Could be covered with an additional appliqué that is period appropriate or a pin that is modern. So many choices. Waist is 26 inches. Hips are full skirt. Bust is 34 inches. Shoulder to shoulder is 15 inches on the flat.
