Beautiful vintage 1960’s white lace mini dress. Chantilly lace with daisies! Soft, lightweight and still a bright white. The upper chest and arms are sheer. In great vintage condition other than two snaps are missing on the upper back of the dress, so it can’t be closed. The inside slip is a little stringy. No label. Size 0 due to the upper back and shoulders being tight. You could maybe sew a ribbon tie on the back neckline and not have to snap it. The dress form it’s displayed on is a size 2-4 and measures: bust 33 1/2″ x waist 26 1/2″ x hips 35 1/2″ (lower hips) and it fits tight through the upper back and shoulders.

The nude chiffon lining seems totally intact so it doesn’t feel fragile, but the lace has some issues. I think you may have to go with it as is or lovingly repair the lace. It has a very vintage look so I think you can probably just go with it as is. This seems to be handmade. Came from a very old estate with very high-quality items.

She’s a perfection, double lined for structure and strength, and to highlight the beauty of the lace. This gorgeous antique Edwardian period gown and jacket is just amazing. The gown has several very large and wide pleats on the back just below the hip and ending at the hemline on the right side. You can see in the photos, the thicker, gathered lace in that area. The gown is long and is a generous size, and is sleeveless with a scooped neckline. There are no snaps or hooks and eyes. It simply pulls on over the head. The jacket is beautifully cut with a gently curved hemline and an open front with long slender sleeves. The sleeves are finished in 2″ self fabric cuffs with snap closures. This gown would look absolutely stunning, in my opinion, with a pink or lavender under slip.
