Vintage 60s era Tiki Dress by the brand Hobnobber Naturally. Unlike most tiki attire that has a loose and flowy fit, this tiki dress is more body conscious. The bodice has princess panel seaming with an Aline mini skirt. Fabric is cotton barkcloth with an abstract floral print in brown, orange, neon pink and neon green. Original coil zipper. Dress was custom made for my mother in the 1970s. Train: Train is detachable and held by 3 hook and eyes. Bow is secure and underlining uses tulle to add body. There is a spot on the train (see pictures).

This would be a great piece to wear to a dance. Side metal zipper. Overall good condition with light wear. There are a few small spots by the neck. Some pulls in the material. Some light staining on the skirt. The inner arms and inner collar have some wear (not visible when worn). One side of the bust has some odd creasing. There is a bit of loose stitching on the waist. I am a non-smoker myself, but can’t say the garment has never been around cigarette smoke or moth balls.
