This vintage Arthur Schafer dress is a stunning piece made from 100% silk in a vibrant fuchsia hot pink color. The flowy design and tea dress style make it a gorgeous choice for any special occasion. There is a silk chiffon overpiece on the top that functions like a lightweight cape. The sleeves are also silk chiffon. It is a vintage piece, so it includes very small shoulder pads.
